Why DUI Defense?
When I first began my legal career over 10 years ago, I worked for a general practice law firm that handled a variety of legal matters from real estate transactions to DUI defense. I never really felt comfortable practicing law that way. Although I worked extremely hard on my cases, I always felt like I should know more and do more for my clients.
After nearly two years of a general practice, I decided that I would focus my practice on DUI cases. I had only handled a hand full of cases, but I really enjoyed the unique blend of law and science that DUI defense affords. Plus, helping good people restore their lives and good names was extremely rewarding. My experience level was low, but I was determined to learn everything I could about DUI defense.
I immediately joined a national network of DUI lawyers in order to learn from the best. Since that time, I have never looked back. Although now I successfully defend hundreds of cases each year, I still continue to sharpen my skills by attending nationwide DUI seminars.
