My client was arrested for DUI after her car broke down on the interstate. When the officer arrived, my client was seated in the driver's seat. He immediately noticed the smell of alcohol coupled with bloodshot eyes. After poor performance on the sobriety tests, a DUI arrest was made. An amended plea of reckless driving was entered.
