My client was stopped for a traffic violation (driving the wrong way on a one way street) and the officer noted a strong odor of alcohol, slurred speech, watery eyes, indicators on the field sobriety tasks, and a .12% reading on the breath alcohol test. An arrest for DUI was made. An amended plea of reckless driving was entered. Nashville, Tennessee.
